Payment and delivery

Shipping your package

We ship your order with DPD with track and trace.
If you order and pay before 12:00 on Monday to Thursday, your order will be shipped the same day, provided the item is in stock. If something is unexpectedly out of stock, we will always contact you.
We do not ship on Fridays and weekends. This will then be automatically shipped on Monday.

Payment options

When paying, you can choose from various payment options, such as iDeal (most popular in the Netherlands) or Bancontact (most popular in Belgium).
We also offer SOFORT Banking for German customers and Maestro or Mastercard payments.

The advantage of these payment methods is that we receive immediate payment confirmation, which allows us to send your order quickly.

You can also choose "Bank transfer". In that case, you make a transfer to our bank account yourself, stating the order number. As soon as we have received the payment, we will send your order.
